SWISS-TURN
Swiss CNC lathes have been industry proven to be the most efficient way to manufacture small diameter precise parts in large quantities. We at Rapido Precision use top quality materials and tools in our Citizen and Star machines. We commonly machine stainless steels, non ferrous metals, nickel alloys and plastics.
CAM PROGRAMMING
It all starts with a drawing. We offer complete CAD and CAM solutions for any project.
3/4 AXIS MILLING
The Haas VF2 is the newest addition and it has greatly expanded our capabilities. It has allowed us to machine certain features that cannot be finished on our swiss machines. The high pressure though the spindle coolant has been a effective solution for adding vent holes to our fasteners.
FABRICATION
Not all components can be machined from solid. We are very capable of completing any precision metal fabrication project. We offer TIG, MIG and stick welding.
